Bomchil advises ICBC and Banco de Galicia on the granting of a syndicated loan to Metrogas

Bomchil advised Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U. ("ICBC") and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. ("Galicia") on the granting of a syndicated loan to Metrogas S.A. ("Metrogas"), the leading gas distributor in Argentina. In this case, ICBC and Galicia granted Metrogas a syndicated loan in the amount of $88,770,432,560 to repay financial and commercial debt.

The transaction closed on September 3, and disbursements took place on September 5, 2025.

The loan is secured by a trust assignment in favor of TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A., as trustee and guarantor, of the present and future collection rights related to the credits generated by the invoices issued by MetroGas for the provision of gas distribution services to its residential, industrial, and power plant customers.
