Brazilian firm Candido Martins opens office in Madrid  

Adding to a growing list of Brazilian and Latin American firms opening offices in Europe, Brazilian firm Candido Martins has opened its doors in Madrid.
The managing partner at its Sao Paulo´s office Henrique Martins will divide his time between the two cities.
With this opening, the firm intends to strengthen its relationship with investment funds and financial advisors in the region.
Henrique is a founding partner of Candido Martins Abogados and responsible for the private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law area. He has more than 21 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions, both in the structuring and in the negotiation of national and international operations in various sectors of the economy. His activities focus on corporate and contractual consultancy, and on structuring and negotiation.
Prior to founding the firm, Henrique worked at some of the largest law firms in Brazil, including Lefosse Advogados. Henrique holds a law degree in Brazil and the UK.
