In Madrid, Gonzalo Navarro joins the firm as a partner together with the lawyers María Dolores Roldán, Mar Guijarro, Alicia Muro and Jorge González. In Valencia, the Firm has added Rafael Lillo. All of them have extensive experience in corporate law in firms such as Deloitte Legal, Garrigues, Baker & McKenzie, Roca Junyent or CMS, as well as Grant Thornton.
Gonzalo Navarro holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (CEU San Pablo), a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE Law School and a Diploma in EU Law, and has more than 25 years of experience advising national and international companies on commercial law. Prior to his addition to BROSETA, he worked as a partner at Deloitte Legal, Roca Junyent and Grant Thornton. For Rosa Vidal, Managing Partner of BROSETA, "with these additions we are boosting our position as advisors in two business areas, corporate and real estate, which will be crucial in view of the expansive stage of growth that will take place in the coming months in our economic and productive fabric".
Gonzalo Navarro, for his part, considers this new stage "a project of professional growth about which we are extremely excited. We want to be able to contribute to BROSETA’s continued consolidation of its position and progress among the leading national legal advisory firms, contributing our knowledge and experience both from the perspective of corporate law and in the field of corporate and real estate transactions, as well as in all the opportunities that we can bring to bear in the rest of the Firm’s areas".
With these additions, BROSETA now has a team of more than 150 lawyers and consultants in Spain and Portugal, 34 of whom are partners, providing services in the main areas of Business Law.
