Centennial Towers Group obtained financing in Colombia and Mexico

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as Colombian legal advisor to Centennial Towers Colombia S.A.S., Polar Breeze S.A. de C.V. (Mexican company), Cöoperatie Centennial TWR Holdings U.A. (Dutch company) and Centennial Towers Colombia Holdings, S.L.U. (Spanish company), in the financing in Colombian pesos, for approximately US$12 million granted by Banco Colpatria Multibanca Colpatria S.A. A simultaneous financing was granted by Scotiabank, among other financial institutions in Mexico, for US$60 million to Centennial TWR México and Polar Breeze S.A. de C.V. The structure provides for cross-collaterization between both financings.
