Credimas 19 Financial Trust
Equity Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. (TMF TRUST Company (Argentina) S.A.), in its capacity as financial trustee of Credimas 19 Financial Trust (the “Trust”), has issued securities for a total amount of Ar$ 70,000,000. The issuance took place on October 22, 2013, including Debt Securities for Ar$ 63,000,000 (“Debt Securities”) and Certificates of Participation for Ar$ 7,000,000 (“CP”).
This transaction was authorized for public offering by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (the Argentine Securities Commission) and is listed in the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
The Trust was created under the Global Program “SUPERVIELLE CONFIANCE 3”, established by Banco Supervielle S.A., an Argentine financial institution authorized to act as commercial bank.
The settlor of the Trust is Credimas S.A.
The Trust holds all rights to receive the proceeds from the cash flow of the collection of loans granted by the Credimas S.A (issued through credit cards).
Standard & Poor´s International Ratings LLC, Argentina’s Branch assigned an “raA-1+ (sf) (corto plazo)” rating to Class A Debt Securities; “raB (sf) (largo plazo)” to Class B Debt Securities and “raCC (sf) (largo plazo)” to the Certificates of Participation.
Price Waterhouse & Co. S.R.L. is the Trust Auditor, and Banco Supervielle S.A. is the Arranger.
