Decolar.Com, Inc Acquires 100% of the interest of agencia de viajes y turismo Falabella S.A.S.

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as counsel to Falabella de Colombia S.A., ABC de Servicios S.A.S. and Decolar.com, Inc. in connection with Colombian antitrust clearance and certain matters for the sale of Agencia de Viajes y Turismo Falabella S.A.S. in Colombia, in accordance with a global agreement between Decolar.com, Inc. (United States of America) and Falabella Inversiones Financieras S.A. (Republic of Chile) for the sale of the travel agencies in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Perú.
