Elis S.A. and Lavandería Industrial Metropolitana S.A.S. entered into share purchase agreement

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal advisor to Elis S.A., a French multinational company which provides laundry services in more than 20 different countries across the globe, in the structuring of the purchase of the shares of Lavanderia Industrial Metropolitana S.A.S., a company whose principal business is the provision of industrialized laundry services, through Elis Colombia S.A.S., one of Elis’ subsidiaries. With this deal, Posse Herrera Ruiz has now been a legal advisor to Elis in the acquisition of 4 companies in Colombia.
