F. A. Arias & Muñoz, Honduras, acted as legal advisor to Banco Cuscatlán in its establishment in Honduras, as Banco Cuscatlán de Honduras S.A, through the procurement of its banking registration.

The transaction included the further acquisition of Lloyds Bank TSB by Banco Cuscatlán which took place on October 1st, 2004. Through this acquisition, Banco Cuscatlán obtained all of Lloyds Bank TSB agencies in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula, which comprise 180 employees.

Partner Dennis Matamoros Batson, and associates Manuela Bueso, Carolina Kafati , German Martell and Jessica Handal acted as the legal counselors at F. A. Arias & Muñoz, Honduras, in the transaction.
