Frayco sold to Mesoamerica

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal advisor to the shareholders of Franquicias y Concesiones S.A. – Frayco S.A. in the transfer of 100% of their shares in Frayco to entities controlled by the Costa Rican investment fund Mesoamérica.

Frayco is one of the largest fast food chains, owning and operating more than 150 restaurants in 22 Colombian cities under the trademarks Presto, BBQ, Wimpy and Tacos & BarBQ.

Closing date: October 31, 2012.
