García & Bodán merges with Asensio, Andrade, Flores & Asociados

García & Bodán is always seeking to provide the best service and resource to itsclients; and it is this need for growth and strengthening that led the firm to seek a different strategy from the one it had followed to date. This new strategy consisted in selecting a law firm of prestigious lawyers characterized by their high ethical and professional values. It is in this search and under this strategy that the firm chose and is chosen by Jorge Asensio, Ignacio Andrade and Javier Flores, lawyers with excellent professional careers, reputations and values, with whom they had already worked for many years; finding compatibility regarding the way they practice law, the principles and values that guide the practice of the profession, and the quality and quantity of clients that each one of them has in the different countries of Central America.

Both firms complement each other in many ways, which is hard to find. Recognizing each other as firms that have similar values and ideologies is what allowed seeing that it was a step in the right direction for strengthening García & Bodán in Guatemala and in the region.
