Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as Colombian legal advisor to Hatchcos Holdings Ltd., a worldwide leader in consulting engineering and project implementation with presence in over 150 countries, in the acquisition of a 100% direct stake in Ingenieros Diseñadores Asociados S.A. Indisa S.A., in Colombia, and 100% direct and indirect stake in Ingenieros Diseñadores Asociados, S.A. de C.V., in Mexico.
