Launch of the International Training & Professional Development Program "Structure of an M&A Deal" 

LATIN COUNSEL is pleased to share the launch of the International Training & Professional Education Program: "Structure of an M&A Deal" in an In-House format, led by its correspondent in Argentina, Rodolfo G. Papa, who is also a corporate lawyer, author and academic, specialized in dealing with this topic. 

Despite the growth of this type of business, whether concluded by exclusively local parties or with common law counterparts, there is still a scarce supply of training tools specifically designed to train corporate lawyers in order to maximize their performance -both individually and collectively- in the implementation of an M&A transaction (whether of shares or assets, as the case may be).

This innovative product analyzes, in detail all the stages through which the transfer of a controlling interest in a target company is implemented, either under a strictly local scenario, or alternatively, with the participation of foreign companies or investors.

The participation in this theoretical-practical training tool is ideal for those Latin American lawyers (or students about to graduate), who are starting their professional practice in the corporate world, as well as for those legal professionals with specialization in certain legal and regulatory matters or areas, who usually participate in its implementation, particularly during due diligence.

Under this flexible modality, the program is available to be delivered in an "In-Company" format, and "tailored" to the training needs of a law firm or company with presence in Latin America, which participates in this type of transactions. In this regard, it could be delivered for the benefit of groups, work teams, or even on an individual basis.
