Legislative Decree 417

On July 11, 2013 the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador unanimously passed Legislative Decree 417, which contains the change on "Fees for Services and Licensing for Health Facilities Applicable to the National Drug Directorate", published in the Official Gazette on July 25, 2013.

The main objective of the Decree is to update the fees for the services and licensing for health facilities, health registrations of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, hygiene, medical supplies, chemicals, drugs, import licenses; annuities; rating of publicity; among others.

This Decree will become effective 8 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, being this August 03 2013.
