Marval advises EMS Capital in the acquisition of a land plot for USD 23 million

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal advised EMS Capital (an Edmond M Safra trust that controls BAP trust), in the acquisition of a plot of land located in downtown Buenos Aires, publicly auctioned by the Agencia de Administración de Bienes del Estado on May 10, 2018.

The trust offered USD 23,025,000 for the 3,954 square meter plot of land located in downtown Buenos Aires.

Half of the money collected will be assigned to the Paseo del Bajo, the roadway project that will connect the north and the south sectors of the city of Buenos Aires.
