Marval and Errecondo in Banco de Servicios Financieros’ nineteenth local issuance
Banco de Servicios Financieros S.A. (“BSF” or the “Issuer”), an Argentine financial entity, issued its XIX local notes under its USD 250,000,000 global short, medium and long term note program (the “Notes”).
The Notes were issued in an aggregate amount of ARS 500,000,000, with maturity on February 18, 2019, and bear interest at a floating interest rate per annum of Badlar plus 475 bps.
