Morgan & Morgan incorporates Mr. Horacio Valdés B. (J.D.) to its corporate practice group

Morgan & Morgan is pleased to announce the recent incorporation of Mr. Horacio Valdés B. (J.D.) as Of Counsel, thus, joining the more than 80 attorneys making up the group international network.

After 10 years in a prestigious local law firm advising banks and multinational companies from several industries and jurisdictions on corporate and commercial matters, Mr. Valdes joined Morgan & Morgan to expand the corporate practice of the firm. 

Mr. Valdés graduated with honors in Political Science and Economy from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts and later obtained his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar.
