New partners in the firm Torres, Plaz & Araujo

Torres, Plaz & Araujo began its activities this year, promoting three of its attorneys.

Jesús Escudero Estevez was appointed new General Partner. He specialized in Procedural Law in the Central University of Venezuela and is professor instructor of this University by opposition contest, widely experienced in Civil Procedural and Mercantile Law, and in actions that protect Intellectual Rights.

Gustavo Marín García, recently promoted to Department Partner, comes from Central University of Venezuela with Post Graduate studies in Administrative Law. Since 1995 he is part of TPA?s staff concentrating his professional activities mainly in the area of Administrative Law, administrative contentious and constitutional, on which he has written many articles published by FUNEDA, by the Administrative Law magazine, by the Constitutional Law magazine, by the Tributary Law magazine, and in TPA?s bulletins.

Attorney Valentina Cabrera Medina, was also appointed Department Partner acknowledging her trajectory within the firm counseling clients of the oil, gas and petrochemical area.
