PHR advises the merger by absorption of HDI Seguros and HDI Seguros de Vida

PHR advised on the merger by absorption between HDI Seguros S.A. and HDI Seguros de Vida S.A., two Colombian insurance entities owned by the Talanx Group, including advice in corporate matters, the merger and the regulatory approval by the Colombian Financial Superintendency and other competent authorities in Colombia. The merger was approved by the entities as part of the strengthening and consolidation strategy of the Talanx Group in Colombia.
