Posse Herrera Ruiz advises Baker Hughes 

Posse Herrera Ruiz has assisted Baker Hughes in the local transfer of its rod lifting business to private equity fund manager KPS Capital Partners including Lufkin’s brand rights, facilities, intellectual property and personnel which will be converted into an independent company. The local transfer is a part of a larger divestment transaction by Baker Hughes.
