Prieto announces two new partners: Isabel Margarita Wolleter and Agustín Martorell

Two new partners announced Prieto as of January 2022. Isabel Margarita Wolleter in charge of the Capital Markets area and Agustín Martorell leading the Environmental, Mining and Public Law area. 

Isabel Margarita Wolleter has more than 15 years of experience in the Capital Markets area, she focuses her practice on advising international and local clients in the debt issuance processes, IPO and securities regulation, also is actively involved in corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. In 2018 she was appointed as Counsel of Capital Markets and since then she leads the area with Patricio Prieto Larrain. 

Agustín Martorell has lead the environmental and public law area since he joined the Firm in 2018 and as Counsel since 2021. He advises national and foreign clients in the development of projects in all their phases, representing different companies before governmental authorities in obtaining permits, administrative sanctioning procedures, trials in environmental courts, environmental assessment of projects, among others.
