RP&A HER – Women Empowerment Network

We introduce you to RP&A HER. We are a group of professional women at Romero Pineda & Asociados specialized in Intellectual Property.

Created through the vision of our Partner Roxana Romero, the objective of the group is to advise, support and promote entrepreneurial women, who with their creativity and effort are agents of change in El Salvador and the Central American region.

The focus of the group is to provide the entrepreneurs with legal support in the protection of their creations, exploding of their rights and compliance with their legal obligations for the adequate operation of their businesses, helping their dreams be unique and attainable.

The sectors in which the group has expertise cover fashion, entertainment, beverages, food products, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, product distribution, transportation, creations derived from recyclable materials, among others.

The advice includes the protection of trademarks, slogans, trade names, industrial designs, copyrights, utility models, patents, sanitary registrations and related contracts, such asfranchises and use licenses. We want to be a part of the inspirational stories behind every amazing woman!
