SGS Colombia Holding S.A.S. (amongst other subsidiaries) secured the refinancing of Sutherland Global Services Inc. for a value of USD535,000,000, on December 4th, 2020. Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal counsel to SGS Colombia Holding S.A.S., (acting as Guarantor), in the execution of certain collateral documents needed for the refinancing of Sutherland Global Services Inc.
