According to Carlos Téllez, Managing Partner of Garcia & Bodan, this seminar comes to promote the practice of arbitration in the country as a method for the disputes resolution that are generated in the framework of the trade relations between businessmen or between investors and states. An effective means of solving differences which are posed in trade relations certainly strengthens the economy. The panelists have extensive experience in the field, who shared in pro of the arbitration operators, lawyers, arbitrators, among others; so they can develop techniques that allow more effectiveness in the process at the moment that the dispute arises.
