Termotasajero obtains US$315 million to finance new coal ?fired power plant

Posse, Herrera & Ruiz acted as Colombian legal advisor to Termotasajero S.A. E.S.P. in connection with in a U.S.$315.000.000 senior credit facility granted by Banco Itaú BBA S.A. (Sucursal Bahamas), Banco Itaú Chile, CorpBanca and Banco de Bogotá S.A., to finance the construction of a new 161.6 MW coal-fired power plant located in Norte de Santander, Colombia.
