Vinci Colombie S.A.S. acquires 20% Oof Constructora Conconcreto S.A.

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as Colombian legal advisor to VINCI Colombie S.A.S. in connection with the acquisition of a 20% stake in Constructora Conconcreto S.A. through a capitalization of COP$289,461,860,688.

VINCI Colombie S.A.S. is a subsidiary of VINCI S.A., a French concessions and construction company with presence in more than 100 countries. VINCI group is Europe’s leading transport infrastructure concession operator.

This venture will serve as a platform for the parties to consider and pursue potential joint projects in the growing infrastructure business in Colombia under a long term relationship.

Closing Date: December 18, 2015.
