Von Wobeser y Sierra, S.C. has completed its transition to its new offices in Mexico City.

With more than 5,300 square metres spread over six floors, plus two additional floors reserved for future expansion, the new space was designed to accompany the firm’s growth and projection.

This relocation brings to life the firm’s philosophy: ‘We go where our clients need us.’ The design, which combines panoramic views with the highest quality architectural and technological environments, is conceived to maximise collaboration between the 18 legal practice areas and seven industry groups, together with the administrative support teams, and to offer a first-class infrastructure to its clients.

In its initial phase, the facilities offer capacity for more than 300 workstations, 16 meeting rooms, flexible spaces for social and academic activities with capacity for 250 people, and a panoramic terrace with privileged views of iconic sites in Mexico City, such as Chapultepec Forest and Campo Militar Marte.

The architectural and interior design was carried out by Gensler, one of the most influential architecture and design firms globally. It is recognised for its expertise in developing innovative and sustainable solutions and for having designed the offices of the most important firms in the world’s major business capitals. The tower is part of a first-class real estate project conceived by SOMA, a Mexican developer with an outstanding track record in creating mixed-use, commercial and residential destinations that transform the urban landscape.
