Abogados & Notaría Ulises Cabrera was founded in the year 1966 by Dr. Ulises Cabrera, who ever since has had a career totally dedicated to the practice of law from his own office.

Furthermore, we have played a major role in the processes of the evolution and modernization of the country´s legislation. We have porformed as legal advisors to the Dominican State in the drafting of laws of vital importance for the social and economic development of the country, such as the General Law of Electricity No. 125-01 and the Law of Real Property Registration No. 108-05.
