Tania joined the Litigation Team in August 2023, a practice area in which she has more than 10 years of knowledge.

She began her professional training in the private sector, in Human Resources, having experience in labor law and personnel administration. Subsequently, she developed a Judicial Career, holding the position of Judicial Secretary of the Fourth Civil District Court, Managua District, extending her learning in the elaboration and authorization of projects of providences, orders, and sentences.

Likewise, she has had work experience in legal offices, strengthening her knowledge and skills for the efficient application of solutions to controversies and consulting in labor, civil, family, commercial and industrial property processes, both for individuals as well as national and foreign companies.
