Valeria Osorio

Valeria joined arias in 2021 as a paralegal and during that period assisted mainly in the areas of intellectual property and corporate law. In 2022, she participated in the bidding process with the Central Bank of Honduras for the supply of banknotes in support of the client CRANE CURRENCY, which was successfully awarded. Currently she assists in the areas of corporate and administrative law, mainly supporting clients in their corporate governance, private contracts and in the necessary procedures and permits required by law before the different government institutions.
