B2SG Legal: New Firm Focused on Corporate, Real Estate, Tax, and Compliance  

With the goal of providing specialized legal advice in corporate law, real estate law, tax law, compliance, and dispute resolution, the creation of the new firm B2SG Legal was formalized in September 2025.

The law firm is led by its partners Ignacio Bolelli, Jazmín Gajardo, Benjamín Salas, and Francisco Braun, professionals who have developed their careers in the aforementioned areas. Prior to the creation of B2SG, three of the four partners served as partners at the firm MBC Abogados, while Francisco Braun worked for 5 years in the Compliance area at Dentons.

The firm defines itself as an "agile office with a flat structure and a primary focus on business generation." It also emphasizes its innovative approach, based on transparency and the use of technology, aimed at delivering solutions and added value to its clients’ decisions.

Ignacio Bolelli is a lawyer from the University of Chile. His experience has been developed primarily in the corporate and real estate fields. He has been recognized as a leading lawyer in real estate law by Chambers & Partners and other international rankings. Meanwhile,

Jazmín Gajardo is a lawyer from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, with a master’s degree in Business Law and a master’s degree in Tax Law from Universidad Católica. She provides comprehensive tax advice. She is a director of the Chilean Tax Institute.

For his part, Benjamín Salas is a lawyer from Universidad Católica, with extensive experience in real estate project development and financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and investment fund structuring. He has been consistently recognized in Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, IFLR 1000, among others.

Finally, Francisco Braun is a lawyer from Universidad Católica, with vast experience in compliance and corporate best practices. He has advised on crime prevention models (Law 20.393), free competition programs, anti-money laundering systems (AML), and personal data protection. He has been recognized by Latin Lawyers for his compliance practice.
