Rebaza advises Grupo Andino on sale of stake in Operadora Portuaria to Grupo Mobiliare

Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised Andino Capital Holding S.A. and Almacenes Financieros S.A., both members of Grupo Andino, in the sale of a 38% stake in the capital stock of Operadora Portuaria S.A. (OPORSA) to Mobiliare Real Estate Solutions Perú S.A.C. The agreed purchase price for the shares amounted to US$ 41,579,717. The transaction was closed on December 31, 2025.

Grupo Andino is a leading Peruvian conglomerate in infrastructure and logistics services, specialized in the port and airport sectors, with over 50 years of experience.

Grupo Mobiliare is dedicated to the investment, development, and management of real estate assets across 9 countries in Latin America.

Through this transaction, Grupo Andino and Grupo Mobiliare will jointly execute, through OPORSA, the development and management of comprehensive real estate solutions in a strategic area of Callao, located between the Jorge Chávez International Airport and the country’s main ports (Callao and Chancay).
