Sergio Tálamo joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2003 and is currently a member of the Banking & Finance department.

Sergio specializes in capital markets and corporate finance. He has extensive experience in syndicated and bilateral loans and other financings, public offering of negotiable obligations and financial trusts.

In recent years, he has participated in more than 20 transactions, including among others, syndicated loans granted by prestigious international and local financial institutions.

He also has experience in trusts and has recently advised in the creation of several financial trusts, mainly trusts with digital assets.

He has participated in presentations, conferences, articles and treaties about capital markets and financial trusts. 

He worked as a foreign associate at the New York offices of Linklaters LLP.
