Prior to joining UC, he has worked in some of the main international law firms and has been a consultant and external lawyer for Pension Fund Administrators, the Ministry of the Armed Forces, the Judiciary, the General Directorate of Customs (DGA), Non-profit institutions in Children’s Benefits and an international chain of Casinos, he participated as Legal Director of one of the main Pension Fund Administrators (AFP), he has been a Human Resources Consultant and has directed and advised Outsourcing and Management companies of Projects, and for five years he worked in the Human Resources Department of the largest telecommunications company in the Dominican Republic.
