Adriana Martín joined Pérez-Llorca in 2008 and was appointed Counsel in 2022. In 2007 she did an internship at the Prosecutor’s Office of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia. In summer 2009 she completed a secondment at Vueling Airlines.
Experience
Adriana is part of the Pérez-Llorca real estate department. She has collaborated in various real estate operations, preparing different documentation and has also participated in real estate Due Diligence processes for national operations.
Likewise, she has collaborated with the commercial team in various operations, preparing various types of corporate documentation. In addition, she has participated in company restructuring operations and due diligence processes of a commercial nature.
Adriana has collaborated punctually with the procedural department.
