Aina has been practising as a labour lawyer since 2016. She has experience in legal advice, strategic decision making and conflict resolution in labour relations. Specifically, she has recurrently been advising the Human Resources teams of different companies, to which she contributes in their daily management. She also provides legal defence before the different labour courts throughout the national territory as well as in labour inspections.

Likewise, she has participated in restructuring operations of different types: transfers, substantial modifications of working conditions, labour implications in corporate successions and mergers, employment regulation proceedings, closure of work centres, etc., including the analysis and preparation of due diligence reports. In addition, she provides legal advice on compliance with corporate obligations regarding the prevention of occupational hazards and liability for occupational accidents.
