Alexandra joined Galicia in 2022 as an associate in the Real Estate practice.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked at a renowned law firm as an associate in the M&A, real estate and infrastructure & project practices. She represented domestic and foreign companies under different areas of Mexican Law, specializing in real estate acquisition and development transactions (especially in the hospitality sector), as well as in financial structuring and negotiations with concessions on different types of EPC contractual guarantees, gas pipelines and fuel storage terminals.
