Customs Law Reform

This day marks a momentous change for foreign trade in Mexico. The President of the Republic has officially published, in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF), the Decree that reforms, adds and repeals various provisions of the Customs Law. The main objective of these modifications is to modernise the regulatory framework, tighten controls and adapt customs to new technologies, establishing the rules that will govern from now on.
