Alfredo Aguilera joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021 as Counsel in the Litigation area.

Until his incorporation, he has held the position of Deputy State Attorney in the State Attorney’s Office before the Central Administrative Litigation Courts, coordinator of the legal assistance agreement with ADIF and has handled matters in the State Attorney’s Office before the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid.

Previously, he served as Chief State Attorney at the State Attorney’s Offices in Zamora and León, handled matters for the Social Department of the State Attorney’s Office, and served as coordinator of legal assistance agreements with various public sector entities such as the State Aviation Safety Agency or the National Cybersecurity Institute.

Experience

Alfredo is a State Attorney on leave, with extensive experience in the procedural field having performed for six years the functions of representation and defense in court of the General Administration of the State and its different public organizations and dependent entities.

He highlights his specialization in litigation related to public procurement, having assumed the representation and defense of ADIF in court in his capacity as Coordinator of the legal assistance agreement, as well as his extensive experience in the field of liability. patrimonial.

He also has extensive procedural experience in the rest of the branches of Public Law, having developed the functions of representation and defense in court of the General Administration of the State and its public organizations, among other matters, in the pharmaceutical sector, telecommunications, transportation, infrastructures, subsidies or sports law.
