Ana has been practicing law since 2002, and specializes in private litigation proceedings, defending the interest of her clients in all kinds of civil (inheritances, construction law, real estate, obligations and contracts, contractual and extra-contractual liability, torts, etc.) and commercial court proceedings (corporate law, unfair competition, etc.) and in arbitration proceedings before national and international courts.
