Ángel joined Pérez-Llorca in 2014. In 2019 and 2020 he worked at the Firm’s New York office.

Ángel advises both national and foreign clients on all types of corporate and real estate transactions, and in particular, on high profile mergers and acquisitions, formation and dissolution of joint ventures, capital markets transactions (takeover bids, public offering for the sale and/or subscription of listed shares, issuance of securities, shareholders’ agreements, etc.), corporate restructuring processes and private equity deals.

Ángel also advises investment and management firms on compliance with Spanish regulatory obligations, drafting and negotiating distribution agreements, the registration of funds with the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) and on-going compliance obligations and, in general, on the creation, commercialisation and compliance of products, entities and activities subject to supervision by the Bank of Spain and the CNMV.
