Antoni Frigola joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020. Prior to joining, he provided services in a renowned international firm and in a big four.

Experience

Antoni has extensive experience in procedural matters thanks to the training acquired throughout his professional career in the Spanish courts - Commercial Court of Madrid; Courts of First Instance of Madrid and Barcelona; Court of First Instance and Instruction of Fuenlabrada (Madrid); Court of First Instance and Instruction of Parla; Court of First Instance and Instruction of Olot (Girona); Prosecutor of the National Court of Pontevedra.

In addition, Antoni has more than 10 years in the practice of law dedicated to procedural representation in complex litigation, advice in international arbitrations, liability procedures for directors and challenging corporate agreements within listed companies and international groups, advice and representation of airline entities in claims matters, among others.
