Arancha Barandiarán joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020. Prior to joining, she provided services at a renowned international firm.
Experience
Arancha has more than 12 years of experience advising on the procedural management of portfolios of financial and real estate assets characterized by situations of special conflict and technical complexity, due diligence processes and strategic analysis on the judicialization and monitoring of the portfolios.
He has developed his career in the areas of real estate and construction representing national and international investors in bankruptcy proceedings, rescission actions, precautionary measures, arbitrations and mortgage foreclosures.
