Carlos Espinoza is a senior associate of the Labor & Employment Department. His practice focuses on legal labor advice, labor tax and social security. Likewise, he actively participates in collective negotiations, internal investigations and sponsors companies in judicial processes and administrative procedures in labor matters

He represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment He is a graduate lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, having earned his degree to practice law with honors (magna cum laude). Additionally, he holds a certification in Employee Relations and Investigations from Cornell University.

Carlos has been teaching assistant of Labor Law, Employment Law, Integration Seminar on Labor and Employment Law and International Labor Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru.

He is an extraordinary member of IUS ET VERITAS, law students’ association from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Law School.
