Carlos specialises in commercial, contract, corporate and M&A law. He has extensive knowledge and experience advising companies and organisations on commercial and corporate matters, as well as on restructuring operations and mergers and acquisitions, most of which have an international component. He advises companies and organisations in different sectors, including startups, energy and telecommunications.

In addition to a Degree in Law from the European University of Madrid (UEM), Carlos holds a double Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy and Access to the Legal Profession from Instituto de Empresa (IE), a post-baccalaureate from the University of California Berkeley and another from the London School of Economics.
He has given lectures at various accelerators and organisations such as the Spanish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, among others.
