Carmen Reyna joined Pérez-Llorca in 2005, and was appointed partner in January 2013. As an expert in Commercial Law, she advises national and foreign clients on all types of commercial operations.
Carmen has more than 15 years of experience in business advisory, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, creation and dissolution of joint ventures and corporate restructuring. She advises national and foreign clients on large-scale mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Their advice covers the initial phase that involves the signing of the confidentiality agreement and the letter of intent as well as the preparation and/or carrying out of the due diligence, the intermediate phase that involves the purchase of shares or assets, the shareholders agreement, etc., as well as the accessory aspects of the acquisition and investment.
In venture capital operations, Carmen leads legal advice on minority stake acquisitions, majority stake acquisitions (MBO, MBI and BIMBO) and leveraged buyouts (LBO, LBI and LMBO).
