Constanza Vergara joined Pérez-Llorca in 1997 as an M&A lawyer, a role she worked in for eight years and before being appointed Partner and later COO of the firm.

Constanza is currently Partner and COO of Pérez-Llorca, where she leads the firm’s Human Resources, Communications, Business Development and Marketing and CSR-ESG departments, in addition to assuming other strategic responsibilities within the firm.

She regularly speaks at conferences, lectures at various institutions and universities, and is a member of several boards of trustees for foundations.
