Constanza Vergara joined Pérez-Llorca in 1997 as an M&A lawyer, an activity she held for 8 years.
She was appointed Partner of Pérez-Llorca in 2009.
Currently, Constanza is a Partner and Corporate Director and is in charge of the Human Resources, Communication, Business Development and Marketing and CSR-ESG departments of the Firm, among other responsibilities.
