Cosme Colmenero joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020 as Counsel in the Corporate area, specifically in the Restructuring and Bankruptcy practice, and was appointed partner in 2022. Prior to joining, Cosme has provided services in several international firms. In addition, he worked for one of the main British banks, within a secondment program, where he was able to participate in corporate financing operations subject to Spanish and English laws.

Cosme has more than 15 years of experience in restructuring and refinancing operations, as well as in leveraged, corporate and project financings.
