Cristina is a lawyer specialised in private law with expertise and experience in corporate transactions and corporate governance. She collaborates with the different area managers in the development of a corporate strategy on sustainability, and to align the services and management of the firm with the new responsibilities in environmental, social and governance aspects.

She started her professional career in 2010 at Zunzunegui Abogados, a boutique specialised in financial regulation based in Madrid, and in 2017 she joined ECIJA’s Madrid office, where she was involved in commercial matters in corporate law, corporate governance, due diligence and contracting for national and international clients. Both professional experiences have also allowed her to develop solid skills in the areas of insolvency, restructuring and litigation in commercial and civil matters.
