Dídac Severino joined Pérez-Llorca in 2019 as a partner in the Corporate area. Prior to joining him, and for more than 13 years, he was part of the Corporate / M & A area of a renowned international firm, having worked in its offices in Madrid, Barcelona and London.

Experience

Dídac is specialized in Commercial Law, mainly in investments and divestments, acquisitions of companies and assets, creation and dissolution of joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate restructuring and in commercial and corporate practice. He has also participated in capital market operations, in share listing operations, public offers for sale or subscription of shares and dual-track processes.

Throughout his professional career, he has advised national and international clients of different types (corporations and listed entities, financial entities, industrial groups, financial investors and funds of different types) in large-scale M&A operations in various sectors such as energy. , infrastructure, banking, real estate, mass consumption and telecommunications.

Likewise, Dídac is specialized in the Asian market and has advised numerous Asian clients on their investments in Spain.

Dídac collaborates in writing articles for specialized legal publications and participates as a professor in the Master in International Law of ISDE, Master in International Sports Law of ISDE and the Master in Sports Management and Legal Skills of ISDE. Previously he has also participated as a professor in the Master’s Degree in Corporate and Financial Management at ISDE, the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the CEU San Pablo University and the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Autonomous University of Madrid.

Dídac also regularly collaborates in CSR and Pro Bono activities.
